Great service

I dropped my car off the night before service. I had a recall fixed, an oil change and an 800 dollar, 30 thousand mile service. I came back at 5:30 the next day and waited 30 minutes (closing time) for them to finish. At 6pm I was rushed to pay without any real explanation of services rendered. A couple of days later I got an email telling me I needed an air filter replacement. Why didn’t they mention it while I was waiting? It’s kid of buggy to pay almost 1000 dollars and not have a the air filter included.

Got my oil changed and they had great customer service and very friendly to work with. I also liked that they video their overall inspection and send it to me.

Great service

We've been coming to Ken Garff Hyundai for routine service for years. With their advantage care plan, the cost per oil change is cheaper than most other third party places we have found. They offer rideshare options if you can't stay with your car, and provide video and written feedback on the multi-point inspection. I've never found them overly pushy about doing additional work/maintainence and have always had a positive experience.

Easy to work with!

I got there for my appointment and they took my car 🚗 in right away. I waited and they checked to see if I was OK every so often. Everybody was very professional and nice.

Went in for an emissions software update. Recommend adding brake lines and fluid change. Making the appointment was a breeze and the overall service was about two hours. Work completed and service was exceptional. Tim assisted me with it all. What a great personality and attitude. Deserves some recognition. Two thumbs up Tim.

Collin was very helpful in getting further help on an oil pan replacement that has been needed for quite sometime, due to the techs stripping the threads. Hopeful all goes well in getting that replaced.

Just because you have no record of it being replaced in your system, use your experience as a car maintenance expert better. Test it and show me the data and not just quickly flag unnecessary stuff. Invoice for work done wasn't very detailed compared to most dealerships. Why so vague? $40 shop supply fee is ridiculous. For gloves and razorblades? Fee was never clearly communicated in advance. Stop nickel and diming just include it in your overall price. No free car wash? Other places offer this.

I was informed that I had a recall, but they did not have a part in stock to take care of it. I was informed that they would contact me once the part was available. that’s the only reason this is four star instead of five. The service overall was excellent. The only other thing I found a little frustrating is that I will not be able to use all of the free oil services that the facility offers when you buy a car, because I don’t drive the car very much. I don’t know why those would be based on time instead of on miles driven.

Ken Garff Hyundai SLC is the absolute best. From sales to service. I would definitely recommend buying a car here and getting it serviced.

I took my car in for some warranty issues and Ben and Collin were very attentive and took care of my issues. They also set up a car for me to use in the meantime while they fixed the issues. I appreciate their help!

They always do a great job on my car I have no complaints about the work done! But I do think that when your car is done they should expedited it pretty fast because if you’ve been there for over an hour but instead of notifying you that it done it’s just there for another 10 minutes or so until they feel like getting to you.

The services were done quickly and they let us know when they were done. They communicated clearly.

I've enjoyed my experience with Ken Garff Hyundai. Specifically the technology they use like Podium and Tekion. Makes scheduling and communication very straightforward and easy! and yeah my car is pretty cool too.

The work was done promptly and at the quoted price. Comfortable waiting are with coffee, beverage service, and popcorn. WiFi worked well. Free carwash coupon every time.

Shout out to the service department & mechanics for replacing my timing chain cover‼️ They did a great job at customer service & work on my engine! I even got a before and after video when the work was completed. I highly recommend Ken Garff Hyundai for any repairs! They are honest and through, much appreciated from a satisfied customer💯‼️

They took my vehicle in which had some electrical/computer issues with the breaking system after work done by a quick lube crew. They got everything back ship shape with minimal nonsense, addressed a couple other items as they went. Communication was good and prompt throughout. Top notch experience.

I've been a regular at this dealership for a decade now. I've purchased three vehicles from them, and had universally positive experiences with all three. They are always very attentive, they pay attention to questions and concerns, and treat everyone very well. Highly recommend.

I had an appointment for service through Hyundai care. Ryan from the service department was outstanding. He was pleasant and explained everything thoroughly regarding my service, since I was also taking care of of some recall issues. The appointment went smoothly. I will definitely continue to use this location for my service needs.

We have consistently had great experiences at this service center.

The communication and timeliness of completing repairs was great! The video overview of my vehicle from the mechanic (which is a fantastic service, by the way) was shaky, sometimes difficult to understand and did not include key parts of the vehicle pertaining to the needed work. My service advisor was able to effectively answer any questions.

Friendly, reasonable amount of time. I like the package of 3 for the routine service.

Awesome experience! I was on a road trip when issues with my car arose. They were able to get my car in and fixed very quickly, they even got it done a week and a half before the original estimated time frame!

Took my car in for check engine light. Service tech was very professional and explained issue. Discovered failing engine mount as well - that fell under warranty. Everything was done well, on time and the service of the tech and service writer was above my expectations. Upon picking up my car, the service writer delivered my car to me inside the drive thru rather than handing me the key and telling me where my car was parked. Excellent service all around!!

The person who helped me was great - knowledgeable and friendly.

The service area employees are always kind, helpful, and timely. They treat me with respect and value my time. Even though they're not the most convenient for me, I will go out of my way to use their service every time.
