!!!DO NOT BUY A USED CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!! I bought my used car from them just 4 days ago and my front skid plate has already fallen off due to the Ken Garff team either failing to put on the connectors properly or just not putting them on in the first place. The only reason why it didn't fall off sooner is because I've been driving/parking insanely carefully and taking nothing but smooth roads. When asked to cover the costs of replacing the skid plate (due to Ken Garff's negligence), Lola, the manager/financer, rudely insinuated that it was my fault due to bad driving. Her fallback was that they claim to have completed a 180-point inspection on the car, however, when asked for any evidence (photos/vids from the inspection) that the skid plate was properly secured, she informed me that they had nothing. So, the only evidence that any inspection had been done at all, was a single sheet of paper with a check mark on it. The 180-point inspection is not your friend, it is there to be used as a weapon against you. I now have to cough up hundreds of dollars in repairs all thanks to Ken Garff Hyundai's mistake and negligence. Worst of all, combining this skid plate issue with the car's scratched lower bumper and missing lower molding, it's clear that the car has a damaged history, and Ken Garff, with their 180-point inspection, obviously knew this and chose to refrain from informing me. Additionally, when Lola went to check on something for "just one second" she left me waiting there for almost ten minutes, and on my way out, I found her standing outside doing nothing. Ken Garff is more than happy to prioritize money over you, keep important information about the car to themselves, and then leave you out to dry when you ask them to hold themselves accountable for their own mistakes. If you're looking for a reliable used car at a trustworthy, honorable, and empathetic dealership, then Ken Garff Hyundai should be your last option.

AC stopped working while traveling from OOT to SLC. AI receptionist able to schedule service for first thing next day. Check in process was quick, easy and friendly staff. Ryan Pennington, servive person, was so kind and professional. He explained things very well, as did the mechanic fixing the passenger side CV/ axle. The customer waiting area is very comfortable. The car is 7 years old now and we have received excellent care during these 7 years. We purchase the advantage plans in order to keep the car in good condition.

Great service

I dropped my car off the night before service. I had a recall fixed, an oil change and an 800 dollar, 30 thousand mile service. I came back at 5:30 the next day and waited 30 minutes (closing time) for them to finish. At 6pm I was rushed to pay without any real explanation of services rendered. A couple of days later I got an email telling me I needed an air filter replacement. Why didn’t they mention it while I was waiting? It’s kid of buggy to pay almost 1000 dollars and not have a the air filter included.

Got my oil changed and they had great customer service and very friendly to work with. I also liked that they video their overall inspection and send it to me.

We've been coming to Ken Garff Hyundai for routine service for years. With their advantage care plan, the cost per oil change is cheaper than most other third party places we have found. They offer rideshare options if you can't stay with your car, and provide video and written feedback on the multi-point inspection. I've never found them overly pushy about doing additional work/maintainence and have always had a positive experience.

I got there for my appointment and they took my car 🚗 in right away. I waited and they checked to see if I was OK every so often. Everybody was very professional and nice.

Went in for an emissions software update. Recommend adding brake lines and fluid change. Making the appointment was a breeze and the overall service was about two hours. Work completed and service was exceptional. Tim assisted me with it all. What a great personality and attitude. Deserves some recognition. Two thumbs up Tim.

Invoice for work done wasn't very detailed compared to most dealerships. Why so vague? $40 shop supply fee is ridiculous. For gloves and razorblades? Fee was never clearly communicated in advance. Stop nickel and diming just include it in your overall price. No free car wash? Other places offer this.

I went in a day earlier than my scheduled appointment by mistake, and they were still able to accommodate me. Connor was excellent to work with. I was informed that I had a recall, but they did not have a part in stock to take care of it. I was informed that they would contact me once the part was available. that’s the only reason this is four star instead of five. The service overall was excellent. The only other thing I found a little frustrating is that I will not be able to use all of the free oil services that the facility offers when you buy a car, because I don’t drive the car very much. I don’t know why those would be based on time instead of on miles driven.

I took my car in for some warranty issues and Ben and Collin were very attentive and took care of my issues. They also set up a car for me to use in the meantime while they fixed the issues. I appreciate their help!

They always do a great job on my car I have no complaints about the work done! But I do think that when your car is done they should expedited it pretty fast because if you’ve been there for over an hour but instead of notifying you that it done it’s just there for another 10 minutes or so until they feel like getting to you.

They took my vehicle in which had some electrical/computer issues with the breaking system after work done by a quick lube crew. They got everything back ship shape with minimal nonsense, addressed a couple other items as they went. Communication was good and prompt throughout. Top notch experience.
