I give five stars to the service tech who took care of my grandmothers car. Sending videos, and explaining very thoroughly everything pertaining the car. Haven’t had any other dealership do this, makes me wanna buy myself a Hyundai now. Thanks for treating her well and not going after pockets. Very professional service technicians!

I went to Ken Garff Hyundai Downtown to look at a used vehicle. I worked with Esiah Rodriguez and he was more than helpful. He was friendly, very knowledgeable, and not pushy at all. Even though I didn't end up buying the vehicle, Esiah was a great help. Would totally work with him again.

They are very kind when it comes to explaining to me who doesn’t know that much about cars. And they give you options, and help you with getting the best deal on servicing. I get text on each step with video made by technicians who are working on your cars, with detailed information. They are always busy (service department), but always treat you with courtesy.

BRAEDEN…. That’s it and LOLA they were both amazing. If you want to find someone that listen don’t pressure you don’t send people to take over or try to sell you the car that don’t fit strict hard core criteria even with bad credit then stop here and go see that kid. He is polite and amazing hard worker and good communicator. We’ve worked over 2 weeks to find me a car that I wanted and he was very good at responding text… he find one worked the all thing out we took it on test and it was right. The plus he is very good soul. Promising young man need good feedback. Thank you Braeden for the hard work.

We took our car in to have the cruise control fixed and they went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met and everything was taken care of. We had taken it to another dealership previously for this issue and had an awful experience, so I am beyond grateful for the way Ken garff Hyundai stepped up and took care of us. We don't live close and I will definitely be driving the hour again to have they fix any issues I might have in in the future because of how great they were to work with.

Long story short the best sales experiences I’ve ever had. My wife and I showed up on a Friday evening with no appointment looking to get both of our cars traded in and get something newer. Amanda in sales and Erin in financing made that happen for us. They stayed hours after closing to get our first car done for us and got the second one done the following morning. They were both extremely friendly, quick to answer any questions we had and didn’t try to upsell us on things we didn’t need.

AJ Jalouli was nothing short of amazing. We unfortunately were not able to purchase a vehicle from him. However, I wish we would have. He replied to an online availability check and set an appointment for me even though it was after regular business hours. He was apologetic when the vehicle we were looking at was sold from under us while we were in route. He communicated and kept us up to date as he searched to find us another. THIS TOOK ALL DAY but he never waivered and continued to keep us informed. He was empathetic of needing a moment to get my daughter situated before making any decisions. I cannot tell you how thankful I was when he helped walk me through the down payment process. He worked diligently to ensure we could financially succeed when ordering a vehicle. When the same vehicle we were looking at became available at another dealership; he was kind, understanding, and congratulated me despite losing the sale. He definitely is not your typical salesman!!! Give this man an office and a big fat raise. He deserves it. I would highly recommend seeking him out for your purchasing needs. I am not sure how to start this one other than I bought a car and then returned the car. At absolutely no fault of anyone other than me. So... I flew in front out of town for three reasons, one of which was to buy a car to drive home. I identified what I wanted and contacted the dealership while I was on a layover. Greg Huff was outstanding - he sent me a 360 degree view of the car while I was en route so i could make an informed decision. I arrived, drove the car, and decided that was the right one. And bought it. But... Some personal issues quickly arose and it was clear i could not keep it. So i looked over the paperwork and thanks to Ken Garff's 5 day/500 mile return policy, i was able to return the car, no questions asked. Of course Greg was not happy (who would be?) but he treated me professionally and with respect and followed up even after the fact. The best thing I can say is that I would go back to Ken Garff and specifically Greg again if I needed another car.

We just purchased a mini van. I know! I'm not to excited about it, but we just had twins and a van was needed. Our experience at Ken Garff was great. They were very friendly and easy to work with. I asked if they could put the car up on the lift for me to walk under it and see all was well underneath. With no hesitation they said, absolutely. I would definitely work with Ken Garff again. Breidan was who we worked with. I had a ton of questions and requests and he jumped right on them.

Fast,friendly service technicians. Provided a Lyft driver to and from my home. Great first time experience.

Wish I could give more than 5 stars!..Paul in the service department was fantastic and went way above and beyond to help me with getting my Elantra repaired. Can't say enough good about him!! Will 100% be back for any repair work I need in the future!
